Utilizing a wide range of tools and resources, we are able to develop and execute any and all aspects of the executive search process that is required.

Retained Executive Search / Research
Our comprehensive consultative process focuses on in-depth evaluation of the client’s needs and objectives. We work as a strategic partner, assisting with as much or as little of the project as needed. We understand and are committed to:
• Priority, Urgency and Confidentiality.
• Time-sensitive schedules.
• Budget constraints.
• Innovative, proactive and comprehensive practices.
• Open and candid communication between all parties.

Recruitment Strategies Consulting
SWRRN's consultants work closely with you to structure a compensation package designed to attract the top candidate. This can be an intense process, and we are often able to help avert potential problems. We can assist in any way necessary to close the negotiations and ease the transition for the successful candidate.

Background Checks / References
Once an ideal candidate is selected, we conduct a thorough and methodical background and reference check. Our goal is to obtain references from a minimum of two superiors, two peers and two subordinates with whom the candidate has worked. We find that this provides the best assessment of the candidate’s professional background.

Education Verification
Verifying the candidate’s education can be a time consuming process but is one of the most important final steps in executive search. SWRRN has a finely tuned method of successfully conducting education verification.

Exit Interviews
Additionally, we conduct the exit interviews that are not only necessary, but can yield invaluable information for future evaluation.
